These lights do come with standard bulbs pre-installed H9 Bulbs though and no need for HID if you do not want blinding light, these projectors are certainly bright enough.
You may ask how does a single beam H9 bulb work in a mustang that uses a high low beam switch. This light is an industry first. When you switch the high beam on the projector adjusts the angle of the light to make it brighter, meaning it tilts up. This will shin higher and further giving you the high beam you need at night. This is also why it works with a single beam H9 HID kit.
