This will fit ANY 2005-2009 Mustang GT or V6. This is a full replacement rear bumper, this bumper will delete your oem exhuat holes. This is one of the only full replacement rear bumpers for the 05-09, as most other aftermarket rears are add-on lips. The fiberglass Gen 1 rear bumper is an add on lip, we have designed the new urethane version to be a full bumper.
