Our Stainless Bumper Inserts are laser cut from 1/16"(16 Gauge) Mirror Stainless Steel. 3M 2-sided emblem tape holds them in place. Our Stainless Steel Bumper Inserts will never rust (low quality Stainless Steel will rust, such as Stainless exhaust tips for example). The higher the quality of Stainless Steel, the more Chromium is in the product which is the antioxidant present, preventing the Steel from rusting.
