Just like Saleen's original Extreme hood, TruFiber's variant features awesome heat extraction vents that are slightly larger and more efficient than Saleen's original design on its forward section. These radical and aggressive vents expel excess engine heat into your 1999 to 2004 Mustang's slip stream to give your 4.6L V8 more reliable performance. With the original molds and design being lost years ago, this version from TruFiber is currently the most accurate Saleen-style hood on the market.
The TruFiber Saleen-style hood installs using the factory mounting points, and features a pre-drilled hole for the hood prop.
Hood Pins: TruFiber strongly recommends using hood pins with any of their aftermarket Mustang hoods.
